​Welcome to Windrush Bar and Kitchen (formerly KIMOs) - you have arrived at the right place if you are creatively minded, musically moved or just enjoy great Caribbean food.  Based in the heart of  Stoke Newington, Hackney, we are an entertainment venue and restaurant and our aim is to be a place enjoyed by the community, for families, for everyone. We pay homage to the Windrush generation - without their determination and dedication, many of us wouldn't have the opportunities we have  today... we also wouldn't have the jerk, the roti nor the bakes for sure!

We hold an array of  exciting events  throughout the week - by day we are open as a restaurant, with our daily lunch specials from 12 noon.  We have a menu showcasing the best in traditional Caribbean food with a modern twist... we jerk it with style!  Do you need a meal delivered to your home, office or party venue?  Contact the Kitchen direct or order via Deliveroo, Uber or Just Eat apps - it will be at your door before you know it.
